About JEST - Junior Enterprise
JEST - Junior Enterprise di Ingegneria Gestionale di Vicenza è un’associazione senza scopo di lucro nata per iniziativa di 24 studenti il 5 maggio del 1993 nel distaccamento vicentino dell’Università di Padova. Essa è composta e gestita esclusivamente da studenti universitari. JEst viene denominata Junior Enterprise (JE) perché l’obiettivo che si è preposta è quello di integrare e completare la preparazione degli associati attraverso la partecipazione a progetti di studi, ricerche e lavoro effettuati in collaborazione con soggetti che svolgano la loro attività in campo economico e sociale. Questo tipo di esigenza, fortemente sentita da parte degli studenti universitari, ha portato alla nascita di molte Junior Enterprise, diffuse negli atenei più importanti d'Italia. Scopo di JEst è dare la possibilità agli studenti di arricchire il proprio percorso formativo acquisendo capacità non trasmissibili nelle aule universitarie: lavoro in team, comunicazione, leadership. JEst fornisce ai suoi soci la concreta possibilità di avvicinarsi al mondo del lavoro, favorendo la crescita umana e professionale.
