About JET Community

Welcome to JET community, a dynamic and vibrant hub that originated from extensive research and meaningful dialogues with Black entrepreneurs, led by faculty members at Kean University and supported by a grant from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. JET Community: Powered by Black Entrepreneurship, is dedicated to fostering unity, collaboration, and sustainable success. JET goes beyond building businesses; it's about fortifying connections, pooling resources, surmounting obstacles, and meeting challenges with effective solutions that will have immense effects on entrepreneurs and their communities. JET brings together like-minded entrepreneurs invested in a community that empowers and thrives on successful business growth. We offer an exclusive space where entrepreneurs can have their specific needs met through resources and unique collaborations, fostering deep business relationships among members. Our mission extends beyond individual achievements, aiming to cultivate a collective ethos of empowerment and prosperity within the Black business community. At JET, we harness the communal spirit not only to bridge gaps and create opportunities but also to actively facilitate business referrals among members. This deliberate exchange of opportunities is central to our ethos, ensuring that each member's business aspirations are met with the support and patronage of their peers.
