Jet-Fresh was created in 2001 to provide America’s finest restaurants with a unique collection of ultra-fresh perishables designed to constantly evolve with today’s fine dining menus. We partner with fishermen, farmers, foragers and food artisans who are driven by a shared passion for quality and freshness that has become the hallmark of the Jet-Fresh name.We are, first and foremost, a small collection of culinarians—chefs who supply fellow chefs with exceptional products. We hate “salesmen” so we employ none. Our seafood, our meats, our poultry and our wild-foraged items are chosen from a chef’s perspective for their peak quality, seasonality and speed to your door. We prefer to cook virtually every product we ship to regularly assess and maintain the steady quality we demand of our suppliers. Our customers include chefs and restaurants in almost all 50 states who receive our products by fedex, by truck and by overnight courier every week thanks to our experience with negotiated discounts in shipping. We ship same-day, auction-direct seafood from Hawaii. Our Squabs, Partridges, Pheasants and other poultry are shipped the same day they are killed. Our Turbot, Dover Sole, Wild Daurade and other European fish are tendered to FedEx less than 4 hours after they clear customs as are all our New Zealand species. We artisanally dry-age Lamb, Bison and Kobe beef to our clients’ exact specs. At Jet-Fresh we know that time is of the essence.
