JET Group International is a pioneering organisation dedicated to transforming the landscape of women's sports and leadership. Founded by three trailblazing women with over 35 years of experience in sports business, high performance, media and governance, JET is committed to increasing the representation of women in decision-making roles and creating immersive experiences that empower women globally. Our vision is to see more women at the decision-making table, building strong communities and connections through exclusive, immersive global experiences. We aim to find tangible solutions to the challenges faced by women in sports and business, fostering environments where women can thrive and lead. We lead two interactive experiences. "Immersions" which gather diverse women's experiences & strengthen their capabilities. Learning from a cross section of industry leaders to transform individual thinking and organizational growth. "Ultimate sports tours", primarily for women, to the world's biggest and best sporting events, led by former elite women athletes. These tours provide a comprehensive experience that includes the sporting event as well as cultural experiences of the host countries. Our Founders are Mel Jones OAM, an international cricket broadcaster on the men’s and women’s game for global events, former Australian Cricketer, two time World Cup winner and PE teacher. Jacqui Ellery has 20 years experience at TGI leading sports retail, merchandise and collectibles. An expert in management, commercialisation and activation of intellectual property specialising in sports and entertainment. And Allison Tranquill who competed at the 1996 & 2004 Olympics with the Australian Women's Basketball Team, was the founder of Australia’s first ever sports agency for female athletes only and current basketball coach.
