About Jewish Action for Mental Health

Donate to JAMH JAMH was established following our inaugural event in January 2019, attended by over 500 people from across the Manchester Jewish Community. Our vision is to provide quality care for mental health by offering therapy, signposting, wellbeing events and mental health training for the Greater Manchester Jewish community. Free counselling and therapy is provided by a team of over 30 professional and registered counsellors and therapists. We run wellbeing Zooms such as Art workshops, including water colour, collage and clay. We also do cooking, and chocolate making.
