The Greenville Jewish Federation (GJF) is 501(c)3 non-profit organization coordinating cultural events and educational programming for the Upstate community. Comprised of local volunteers, we are committed to promoting the values of tikkun olam (repairing the world), tzedakah (charity and social justice) and Torah (Jewish learning). The Jewish community of Greenville, South Carolina has a rich and proud history dating back as far as the early 1850s. As with those who came before us, a variety of opportunities and individual circumstances continue to bring new faces and families to the Upstate.
