JH Property Management Limited was founded in 2006 and is based in Sittingbourne in the heart of Kent. Managing Director Janice Hook, has a wealth of knowledge in the property management sector and the company was born out of her desire to use her skills and experience to manage her own business premises. Our company has since grown rapidly and currently manages 17 active sites across Kent comprising a mixture of private flats, residential estates, commercial estates and individually owned properties. We're proud of how the success of JHPM has grown through referral and recommendation, particularly via ARMA ( Association of Residential Managing Agents). We choose to be regulated with ARMA and abide by their rules and regulations particularly in relation to holding of clients monies. In addition, we are a recommended managing agent for Crest Nicholson builders and have been appointed to manage two large private residential estates in Faversham and Dartford. We are now a well established company and offer an unrivalled personal service to all our clients. Each site has its own log-in to our secure website where clients can view their bank statements, accounts and budgets.
