We are a factory-authorized dealer for Bryant, Bosch, Trane, and Mitsubishi. Hicks Air LLC was founded in 2008 by Jim Hicks, who had over 20 years of experience in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. The company started as a one-man operation focusing on residential and commercial repairs out of Jim’s garage. He moved the business to its current location on South Noble Street in 2010, and expanded the business from a one-man operation to a full-service heating and cooling company with teams specializing in repair and service, installation, and office tasks. His vision was to build a company that was trustworthy and reliable, providing all customers with quality work and excellent customer service. At Hicks Air, we do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. Since 2011, the company has been recognized as the Best of the Best HVAC/R company in Shelby County for 9 consecutive years.
