Jim’s Shoe Repair is fourth generation family business operating on East 59th street for 91 years. Our unparalleled craftsmanship has maintained our local fame and created a national following. Our e-commerce extension Cobbler Concierge, was founded in 2015 and has allowed us to bring our craft nation wide. No job is too challenging for us here at Jim’s. Repairing luxury shoes, handbags, belts, wallets, hats, jackets, anything leather or suede, we pride ourselves on the quality and creativity of our repair work. Our clients include fashion labels such as Gucci, YSL, Jimmy Choo, Tom Ford, Givenchy, Brunello Cucinelli, Santoni, Gabrella Hurst and many more. Our main shop is native to East 59th, but we’ve opened two convent concessions for our customers in New York City. You can find our drop off and pick up locations at Bloomingdales Midtown, and The Shops at Hudson Yards. No matter the brand you deserve a luxury repair!
