JIRI MODELS a.s. is a company with a tradition of more than 30 years, and during this time it has offered a wide range of books, toys, games and paper stock. Based in the South Bohemian town of Písek since 1989, it began providing publishing services focused on children’s books in 1991. JIRI MODELS a.s. mostly specializes in developing children’s publications. It manufactures many different sizes of colouring books, creative activity books and fun books filled with additional items like stickers, stencils, cut-outs or writing implements. Besides publishing titles, it also supplies to the market with children’s stamps, stickers, memory games and other games, toys and stationery products. The result of the professional work of the experienced JIRI MODELS a.s. team is the harmony between each title’s content and design. Boys and girls of various age groups can reach for one of many attractive titles, expanding their skills and keeping them entertained. Since its foundation, JIRI MODELS a.s. has gone through considerable growth and increased the number of its employees and external co-workers. The company is currently able to ship more than 3 million stock items annually. The company actively exhibits at the most important international exhibitions in its field in Germany and Italy. The expanding range of interesting products has caught the attention of domestic and foreign customers. Key foreign territories are Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, Great Britain, France, the Netherlands and Germany, and more countries are constantly appearing. Attendance at selected fairs is financially supported by the European Union under the: Operational Programme Technologies and Applications for Competitiveness (OP TAK) Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness Marketing Program, which helps enterprises to find new markets outside the Czech Republic, join them and stay on them.
