Our specialty is residential land development, having developed over 5,000 allotments and more than 8,000 house and land packages. The JLF Group was established in 1981 by John Leonard Fitzgerald when he was 18 years of age. John, who remains the Group's CEO, has successfully traded for 30 years. The group comprises of offices in five states and employs over 90 staff. The Group’s 10 acre head office is located on the Nerang River in Queensland’s Gold Coast. It includes a 300 seat auditorium, 5000 member gymnasium, recording and teleconference facilities and lounge, bar, café. John wrote '7 Steps To Wealth' more than 25 years ago.
