The James Lizzy Okon Foundation (JLOF) This organization is founded on the principle and power of God’s LOVE for humanity. We exist for the singular purpose of serving humanity beyond the typical cliche of what’s obtainable today. The founder’s foundation are built on doing God’s work most of their lives. Now, they want to spend the rest of their lives on earth, bringing the love of God to all, everywhere they go - with focus on the African youth. JLO Foundation main job is to interconnect those in needs with their helpers, creating much easier access to opportunities, hope & purpose, towards a better community. JLOF Mission Statement Of Faith “By the Grace Of God, and with your support; we are very committed to the singular focus of enriching the lives of 10,000,000+ Africans by 2030.” JLOF Objectives › To Rehabilitate › To Rebirth › To Reinvent › His Near-Death Experience & Re-Awakening In May 2017, Baba Okon was kidnapped on his way from Lagos to Kaduna by the Boko Haram Sect while traveling for a youth event he was to host in Zaira. He lost everything of materialistic value to him, and almost lost his life, if not for the extravagant Grace of God - through some people He used in delivering him out of the claws of the murderers. Despite his horrific ordeal of witnessing other victims killed by their captors with no remorse, he observed amongst these kidnappers, that there were victims of circumstances, who only agreed to this hideous & monstrous acts due to lack of an alternative. No family who cares. No access to opportunity to better their economic status. No hope for tomorrow. No one to talk to. No one truly cares. His response was; “I care” and “people actually do care” given the platform.
