For enrichment clients, I curate literary content that will deliberately pull them outside their everyday intellectual lives. Through book clubs and workshops, I lead my clients through productive discussions about the content and its significance for their work. The process establishes my clients in a contemplative practice, acts as a creative catalyst, and offers an antidote to burnout. My coaching clients benefit indirectly, but no less profoundly.
