I started JM Creative Group, LLC (JMCG) on January 1, 1996. For 13 years, my small company has helped B2C businesses ramp up their direct bookings. JMCG focuses entirely on growing a group of (state-specific) websites that serve the vacation rental industry. How are we different from other listing websites? We are not a "booking website". On our websites guests always plan and book directly with the rental owner or local managers (the best tour guides). No traveler fees for renters either -- renters always get the lowest rental rate, plus they avoid the double booking drama and scams that are common on big booking websites. Rental owners and property managers enjoy a low flat annual fee. Our regional approach allows us to compete with larger OTA's (Online Travel Agencies) in Search Results. We are striving to have 21 state-specific websites Live by mid 2025.
