We offer all Florida State Required Real Estate Courses. 63 Hours Sales Associate course (English/Spanish), 72 Hours Broker course (English/Spanish), 45 Hours Post Licensing course (English/Spanish), 60 Hours Broker post Licensing (English/Spanish), 28 Hours Reactivation course (English/Spanish), 14 Hours Continuing Education (English/Spanish), 3 Hours Core Law (English/Spanish), Code of Ethics. We also provide Training on sales, Management, Commercial Real Estate, Marketing, and more upon request of Brokers in your office if desired. We offer all courses On-Line, In-Class, by correspondence, or Live Stream. We have been helping people obtaining their Real estate Licenses since 2006 and have plenty of experience in the Industry. We are a very flexible school when it comes to course schedules, we adaptate the course with your schedule where you can actually fulfill the course requirements and still have your job or personal affairs. We teach you what you really need to know for the final examination and State exam so that you may pass on your first attempt. We explain every concept with a real live scenario so that you may understand the concept better and faster. Unlike other school, we encourage our students to ask as many questions possible so that they understand and clear any doubt they may have. Our classes are composed in small group of no more than 10 people so that we may give the best possible personalized attention. We also provide to all of our customers/students a license renewal 3 REMINDER five months before your license expire via TEXT message, we don't ever allow your license to be expire.
