JMB Estimating Profile. Who am I? JMB Estimating is ran by James an experienced mechanical estimator with 12 years estimating experience and 20 years in industry experience from site installation through to design works, project management and quantity surveying. I have a HNC in building services design and hold a master’s degree in construction law and am familiar with the commonly used forms contract in the UK. I have worked alongside Tier 1 contractors, mid-sized organisations, and one-man bands in my time so and am ideally placed to understand what an organisation is looking for from its freelance estimating and commercial services.
