We are developing an effective alternative to current supplies of heat and cold both for residential and commercial buildings. Our innovation is a Plug & Play floating device called ComPon (Community Energy Ponton) effectively using well known and tested technology of heat pumps utilizing the enormous energy potential of water flow. ComPon can be part of any city located on river. ComPon is fully scalable and to be fit and adapted to its location and to be adopted by its community. Our solution is a modern smart effective central heating and cooling system for city districts – SeeDis, which is based on energy produced by ComPons. SeeDis by using renewable source is significantly reducing CO2 emissions and by its design helping urban developments to get rid of heat and noise produced by individual air conditioning units. JN Infra´s pilot project is SeeDis Smíchov. In the city center of Prague on Vltava River we are about to build 4th generation independent network supplying heat and cold to households in historical buildings, local businesses, industrial plants and new developments. We will service the equivalent of 20 000 households. Our goal is to manufacture and operate ComPons and in selected locations to plan and operate smart effective district heating and cooling systems - SeeDis.
