Pure/Fine/99.9% silver jewelry handcrafted by Joanna Morrison Marcuse... Joanna1 is the product of many years of education, hard work & life experience. Building upon an eclectic art-based background in illustration, computer art and art instruction, I have designed and created a unique line of jewelry. My interest in making usable, wearable art led me to explore the use of precious metal clay as a medium. Working primarily with silver PMC I produced a line of jewelry that is high quality yet casual. My work is inspired by our natural environment as well as human spirituality. In a fast-paced age where so much is mass produced, I want to stress the value in the sanctity of the original. Each piece of jewelry is designed and hand-crafted by me, so no two pieces are identical. I let what I would like to wear dictate my designs. I extend my love for the art-making process to others through my jewelry.
