We founded JobFair to support recruiters, because single word “gender decoders” don’t always work. All they do is flag individual words as “male” or “female”. They say that “assistant” is “too female” and “analyst” is “too male”. But that’s no good if you’re hiring a Virtual Assistant or a Systems Analyst.
