Core Competencies Our curriculum is organized around five core disciplines: Bio Medical aspects of health, epidemiology, social and behavioral aspects of health, health policy and management, and health research. Within this core disciplines, the following are the thrust areas of the program. For both Indian and International student, the curriculum is designed to cultivate competencies in the core areas of: Biostatistics and Quantitative Methods. Epidemiology Health Systems Strengthening Social and Behavioral Sciences Healthcare Policy Bioethics Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Eligibility: MPH applicants must hold degrees in Medicine, Dental or other health-related undergraduate disciplines. For those who have an undergraduate degree in other fields, must have at least 2-3 years work experience in a health field. Potential MPH students must have passed their undergraduate degree with minimum 50% and must have English proficiency.
