About Joe Joe Bear Foundation
Joe Joe Bear Foundation We collect NEW teddy bears for children with cancer and other life threatening illnesses. Then deliver them to local hospitals for the children. These bears are for the children to hold when they are scared and lonely since their families may not be able to be with them 24/7. All of our bears need to be NEW due to the fact that these children may have weakened or no immune systems as a result of treatment or their illness. All of our bears are tagged identifying them as a Joe Joe Bear. They are inspected as well before going to their new homes to ensure they are ready for delivery. We are always in need of bears as our demand is always greater than our supply. Our relationship with a wholesale supplier allows us to purchase NEW bears for as low as $5 a bear. Making a donation is easy; all you have to do is click the link that says donate at the top of the page. This is less expensive than if you went to the store and purchased the bear, however, we are always happy to accept donations of NEW bears. If you have an organization that wants to hold a bear drive, please contact us, so we will help you get it setup and arrange for pick up of the bears you collect.
