Joe N. Guy Company was founded in 1968 by Joe Guy. Joe N. Guy Company got its start building schools but soon moved in to shopping centers, restaurants, office buildings, pharmacies, country clubs, churches and warehouses. Today, Joe N. Guy Company is one of the most experienced and trusted shopping center general contractors in the southeast. We have built more than 300 shopping centers, 250 grocery stores, and 500 restaurants over the last 50 years. Joe N. Guy Company is licensed in 26 states. While the southeast is where the majority of our work is, we have completed projects for clients throughout the United States. We want to build relationships through hard work and trust.
