John Turner is a £90m turnover construction company operating across the North West region with offices in Preston, Manchester and Liverpool. We are a privately owned business and have been established since 1907. We undertake building and civil engineering, joinery manufacturing, electrical installation and maintenance works in a variety of sectors ranging in value up to £20m per project. Our joinery division specialises in quality joinery manufacture of bespoke items such as reception counters, nurse stations, architectural and bespoke joinery, feature staircases, feature doors and frames, BWF accredited casement and traditional sliding sash windows, restoration and conservation joinery products. Our electrical division is NICEIC accredited and undertakes 24 hour reactive and planned maintenance, commercial and industrial installations, fire alarm maintenance and installation, emergency lighting maintenance and installation as well as Portable Appliance Testing. John Turner employs 202 personnel and we have a policy of direct employment within our workforce as we believe this guarantees us the flexibility, quality control and loyalty necessary for the successful completion of our projects.
