Johnbak Solutions was established in March 2003. The original version of the company was to supply change management and integrated solutions to business requiring specialist integration of their IT products into their existing business environment. The focus of the company has since evolved to become the number one trusted advisor in the Information Communications and Technology sector. The company was build on teamwork, and this can be no more evident than in its initial shareholding, where both Grant Johnson and Isaac Kungwane (Shakes) played soccer together at the highest level in South Africa. These two with the help of their suppliers, brought their inspiration, knowledge and mentor ship to the company, sharing their knowledge and skills with those around them. The company was sold on the 1st of March 2020, to a young black female entrepreneur, Reabetswe Semenya, who will steer the company forward to the fourth industrial revolution. The Johnbak Solutions team is made up of a few IT technology individuals who have come together around a common opportunity and the prospect of a shared future. Each one, established and experienced within their own fields, combining a diverse range of specialist skills, industry leading products and services, and an established network of blue chip industry partners.
