The company has grown consistently since 2006 to become a mid-tier player in the explosives industry relying on its specialised perimeter control as its core business. The growth of the company has been attributed to the innovative nature of its employees and the selective importation of knowledge. Our EZIPUMP DV® Bulk emulsion is a result of 3 years of careful selection and capability understanding, utilising a product that has been manufactured overseas in quantities now in excess of 1,000,000 tonnes. Our current manufacturing has surplus capacity to 1,000 tonnes a month, which can be made in combinations of Reactive Ground (RG) formulation and standard product. Each RG formulation is designed specifically for its target Mine. Johnex’s ISO accreditation is used to back the consistent quality of the bulk emulsion, along with audits of their suppliers whom have been selected due to their adherence to quality systems and manufacturing capability. This does not stop at locally manufactured goods and is applied to goods manufactured in other countries – quality is one of the cornerstones of Johnex’s growth and reliability within the Australian market. The accessories, imported by Johnex, are now distributed to over 90 different Mine sites and in quantities that guarantee regular supply
