Johnson County Central Dispatch E-911 (JCCD) is the primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for anyone residing in, traveling through, or visiting Johnson County, Missouri. 32 certified full and part-time Emergency Communications Operators serve the rural Johnson County community of 55,000 by receiving and processing emergency and non-emergency calls for law enforcement, emergency medical, and fire service. JCCD provides service to the communities of Centerview, Chilhowee, Holden, Knob Noster, Leeton, and Warrensburg along with Whiteman Air force Base and the University of Central Missouri. The Center utilizes state of the art technology to communicate with personnel from Warrensburg Police and Fire, Leeton Police, Chilhowee Police, Knob Noster Police and Fire, Holden Police and Fire; Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, Johnson County Ambulance District, Johnson County Fire Protection District, Johnson County Fire Protection District #2, emergency first responders, and various emergency service agencies. Johnson County Emergency Services Board E-911 employees take pride in providing care, compassion, and excellent service with a commitment to ensuring the safety and security of its residents and first responders.
