Jolease Enterprises was launched with women in mind. My goal with was to create a space of value for women…a valued space that fostered the opportunity to learn, to grow, to be affirmed, to encourage, to appreciate and to thrive in being who they are. As a Journey Strategist, my focus is on empowering and equipping women as they navigate their journey. By creating community experiences, we provide opportunities for women to network and capitalize on the energy and wisdom that makes them unique, yet similar. We offer programs, group coaching, and one on one coaching to address personal and career development. Over 15 years of experience in human resources and certifications in life and career coaching have afforded me a perfect foundation for serving others. I’m able to identify areas in need of improvement with the vision to develop and implement successful action plans. Whether help is needed with personal development, identifying personal goals, developing leadership skills, or navigating career decisions, Jolease can help.
