Jon James Studio Architecture services include: Full Architectural services for both domestic and commercial clients. Peer review service for clients and contractors with our specialist knowledge. We provide technical advisory roles and client stakeholder engagement. Passive House consultancy as a certified Passive House designer. Jon provides technical consultancies and examines at the Welsh School of Architecture. We utilise 3D Revit CAD programme that provides not only a clear visual description of the proposal but also allows for quantitative take off and full Building Information Model (BIM) information for coordination of the build and to meet government requirements if required. Jon is a highly experienced architect whose design projects range from small scale extensions through to large commercial projects. He has won many awards for his buildings over the years and has a strong reputation for being able to work closely with his clients to create and deliver buildings that not only meet their individual requirements, but exceed their expectations. Jon has spoken at a number of influential national conferences over the years regarding his expertise on topics such as education, low carbon sustainable buildings and three dimensional computer aided design With over 20 years working within big corporations including the NHS and Russell group universities, Dawn has experience of working with people and teams to reach specific goals. Dawn has presented at international conferences and worked with international partners to deliver projects. Through various personal projects Dawn has developed a keen interest in design and interiors and will be using this, along with her previous experience of project management, in her Studio Manager role.
