The Jones Group, located in the scenic Upper Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts, operates as Jones · Hutchins Realty in Northampton, Jones · Bay Path Realty in Belchertown, and Jones · Town & Country Realty in Amherst. With three offices and over 65 agents, we are the largest independently owned Real Estate Company in Western Massachusetts. Founded as D.H Jones Real Estate in 1958 by Dennison Jones, we quickly grew to be the market leader. In 1988, the next generation accepted leadership when Gerald L. Jones became General Manager, and then President/CEO in 1990. In 1998, after two decades of rivalry in a highly competitive business D.H. Jones Real Estate merged with Town & Country Realty to form Jones · Town and Country Realty. With Ann Hastings at the helm of Town & Country, it was the second largest firm in our market place. Ann became the Vice President of Strategic Planning for Jones · Town and Country after the merger. In early 2000 Jones · Town & Country merged with Bay Path Realty, a successful firm in the Belchertown real estate market for over 15 years. Today Janise Fitzpatrick and her team of qualified agents continue to be a force in their market. In 2001, we merged with Hutchins Real Estate, founded in 1991 by Jim Hutchins and his family, and have been consistently rated one of Northampton's top agencies. These recent mergers formed The Jones Group. Today we strive to provide the finest in Real Estate Services available by providing a comprehensive marketing approach to the sale of property and quality representation in the purchase of property.
