Combining over 30 years of industry experience troubleshooting and refining a wide range of business practices, I am able to get in and get the job done - with you, or for you. Many of our clients in the past were very good at their business, but simply lacked the right resources to push to the next level. Simply working harder just wasn't enough. I am available to work on a basis of a day rate with no long contracts - just to get the job done. I'll take whatever is possible to work on remotely to keep your costs down. The work I can help with falls into 4 categories: ***STRATEGIC*** Helping develop your Action Plans, Financial Plans, KPI Reporting and Dashboards plus Grant applications and management. Workshopping these with your key team members, and assisting with the implementation plans as you move forwards. ***OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY*** Building a solid foundation is critical and the cracks often appear when business is growing. With a focus on building productivity through clear processes and procedures, using the right ERP systems, controlling Inventory movements and sound Supply Chain Management all add up to future success. Preparing for ISO9001 Quality certification is a major task for employees to undertake on their own, so my experience in this can help speed that along. ***GROWTH*** Working with you in Marketing activities, along with Client Account Management, I help build Sales effectiveness, by building a solid CRM tool, ensuring sound data management, and assisting with Tendering if relevant. ***TEAM DEVELOPMENT*** Keep up to date with the most effective or relevant current Performance Management systems, Years of Coaching and Training experience can be applied here in group or individual format. Yacht based Leadership retreats bring a different perspective to creative thinking and is a powerful program in my partnership with Sally Close.
