In José Sánchez Aranda SL we are dedicated to the production and commercialization of paprika, spices, spice mixtures, oleoresins and sauces. Our main product is paprika in all its varieties (sweet, spicy and smoky) and its derivatives. We own plantations that allow us to guarantee the quality and traceability from the source. Our Commitment: Quality, Service, Environmental Responsibility and Ethic Code. Our production is made from whole pods to ensure purity. We have our own grinding, mixing and packaged systems and our own sterilized machine, in order to ensure the traceability of our products at all times. For 25 years we have a system developed by ourselves for the steam sterilization of our products. This enables us to provide absolute security concerning pathogens further relates to reduce bacterial loads. Our system is unique in the industry, is based on technology HTST (high-temperature-short-time). This causes the organoleptic qualities, that the spices are the main feature, are changed as little as possible without losing effectiveness in the heat treatment. As evidence of our commitment to quality, food safety and the environment we are certified with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. We are members of AFEXPO (Asociación Fabricantes y Exportadores de Pimentón y Derivados y Condimentos) and ESA (European Spice Association).
