Liaising with local agents, I will find and review all the suitable properties available in your desired areas. I will then visit these properties on your behalf and draw up a short list of the ones that best match your needs. At this point I will arrange viewings for all the properties for you to shortlist. Often this is the only time you may want or need to be present during the property search. Virtual viewings will be available if required, especially if you are overseas. Once you have selected a property, I will conduct all the negotiations for you, ensuring that I secure the property for the best price possible. When your offer has been accepted, I will liaise on your behalf with relevant agents, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders and other parties involved in completing the purchase. I am here to ensure the whole process runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently as possible.
