About Jouis Nour

The name is composed of the French words jouissance (pleasure) and nourriture (nutrition). The Jouis Nour GmbH is an IFS-certified food manufacturer and produces high quality food. The raw materials come from certified organic farming. Jouis Nour stands for naturally healthy food without artificial additives. The manufactory prefers regional ingredients. The range of fresh produce from Jouis Nour is broad and seasonal. The product range includes organic frozen snacks for baking and fresh products requiring refrigeration. Jouis Nour products are ideal for in between, but also suitable as a side dish. With a high degree of care, the food is freshly prepared daily by a motivated team in the manufactory. Regionality and seasonality are our focus. This way we avoid unnecessary transport routes and guarantee that our products are rich in living nutrients. By using controlled organic ingredients, we can also make sure that we do not use genetically modified raw materials. When using our packaging material, we attach great importance to circulating as little as possible "new". Our used salad cups are made of recycled plastic (RPET). For the transport of our products we use reusable containers. Our production site is located in the envopark®, about 10km south of Berlin. It is the first ecological business park in Germany. A highly efficient combined heat and power plant and a photovoltaic system ensure ecological and economic self-sufficiency.
