Our team of Registered Nurses, Clinical Care Coordinators, and Caregivers work with you and your doctor to develop a personalized care plan that allows our clients to live their most independent lives at home. We work as a team with our clients, families, nurses, community agencies, and politicians to improve access to care. We provide ongoing education and safety training to our caregivers and nurses to improve the effectiveness of provided care. Values: Safe Care: Each caregiver is trained in Journey Nursing Services policies and procedures in patient safety. As a nurse-owned and operated company caregivers have access to answers they need when providing care to the ones you love. Our number one job as a care team is to keep those in our care safe! Holistic Care: Care is more than just meeting medical needs. At Journey Nursing Services we believe in caring for the whole person. Ensuring that their physical, mental, and emotional needs being met. Inclusive Care: We hold our values of culture and inclusion center to our core. We believe that everyone should have access to quality healthcare. Team Care: We have a team values system! A holistic care team involves everyone the affects the outcome of the patient, the patient themselves, nurses, caregivers, families, doctors, social workers, and clergy.
