About Journey Services

OUR SERVICES: Respite Supports families in the day-to-day care of their child or dependent adult. Habilitation Focuses on the individual’s personal goals, which may include areas such as social and communication skills, daily living skills, transportation, or community and vocational goals. Attendant Care Supports individuals in the areas of personal care, meal preparation, household maintenance and daily living skills. Habilitation – Individually Designed Living Arrangement Supports members who live either independently or with another member. Individuals are provided assistance in areas such as daily living skills, housekeeping, transportation and budgeting in order to maintain their own residence. Transition to Employment Provides a combination of curriculum-based instruction and meaningful volunteer experiences to teach job skills. This service assists individuals in developing the skills necessary for integrated and competitive employment. Employment Services Provides supports for individuals to obtain and maintain employment in their communities. From individual to group supported settings, individuals will have the opportunity to learn and practice the skills necessary to reach their goal of employment. DTA Program Day treatment for adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on independence and community involvement.
