About Journey to Clarity Counseling
Our therapists are passionate about the impact that childhood experiences have on current mental health. Getting to know the whole person requires us to meet the parts of you throughout your lifespan. We explore childhood experiences, generational trauma, family dynamics, self-worth, all areas of wellness, & more as they relate to daily functioning and quality of life. The more these areas are explored, the greater self-awareness is. Our mission is to help the client discover and live as their Authentic Self. Often times in life people, circumstances, society, and family cause us to hide parts of ourselves. These parts may trigger feelings of guilt and shame. They may have been hidden for so long that they are now unfamiliar to the person.
