Founded in 2002 by Li Si Yang, Journey to Fitness is a place to learn, to get inspired, and be uplifted! We offer private in person or online one-on-one training or coaching, unique small group classes, workshops and personalized retreats for the busy professional and lifetime learner seeking excellence in every aspect of life. Located in the Diamond Head/Kapahulu neighborhood in Honolulu, Hawaii, our spacious studio offers you convenience, privacy and a space in which to focus on your personal physical goals and highest need so that you can transform into the best version of you. Our individualized training programs and educational classes are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. Everyone is on their own personal journey and needs a different level of support.
