'JOURNEY TO SUCCESS' ambition is to bring coaching approaches into schools, to : - Give young people tools to thrive not just academically but as a whole person - Provide them with practical life skills for their future education and career - Build confidence, wellbeing & resilience to help fulfil their natural potential We believe that everything is possible when we: - Create positive relationships in everyday life - Have a positive mindset and the motivation to learn, progress and succeed - Take responsibility for our outcomes - Understand how to be creative & resourceful with problem solving Our goal is to COACH young people to do what they can't yet. We use GAMES / ACTIVITIES to create a friendly and secure environment where students feel confident to question, experiment and practice working together in a climate of trust. It facilitates relationships and liberates free speech even when the topic is sensitive.
