We started the company to encourage long-term changes to people's lifestyles to be Free, Fun & Fit. We encourage WHOLE Fitness (Spiritual, Emotional & Physical Fitness) so that our clients have a more harmonised outlook in their daily lives. This came about when we noticed the suicide and depression rates in men increased year on year. Their focus then turned to Exercise, Fitness or Cosmetic areas to fill the gaping holes in their lives. We started with a step-by-step process to achieve first Spiritual fitness, which feeds into the mind and will of a person and enhances emotional fitness. EF in turn encourages or gives a strong foundation for Physical fitness as our clients are given a basic reason and focus to exercise and stay healthy.
