About Joy Givers International (JGI)
The Joy Givers International is a 501(c)(3) educational not-for-profit organization that seeks to establish after school and other youth-focused social and development programs in West Africa and Haiti. Our mission is to invest in the lives of vulnerable youths living in these regions by providing quality educational resources and services, while equipping them with the necessary foundation to become contributing members in their communities. We keep our students off the street and in a safe, nurturing environment, increasing their daily attendance rates and overall academic performance. We create opportunities for enrichment and academic improvement for at risk youths that are not otherwise available.
