Joy Systems is Microsoft's Premium and most awarded Refurbished Partner. Based out New Jersey, our refurbishing facility processes over 50,000 PCs per month with over 5 Million PCs refurbished to date. We are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and a pioneer in the refurbishing space partnering with Microsoft to implement the Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher program. Since our inception back in 2001, Joy Systems has spent the last 20 years working with Microsoft to create the standard as to what buying a refurbished product should be for businesses. We first started in displays selling CRT monitors but quickly expanded into PC desktops, laptops and accessories. Now in 2022, we set our goals on reaching more customers than ever by utilizing our Family Values and years of experience. Our partnership with Microsoft has allowed us to not only grow as a company, but to grow the entire Microsoft Refurbished business as well. Throughout the years, we have received numerous awards from Microsoft for our dedication to quality, service and customer wins. Our most recent award was for selling over 2.5 Million MAR Licenses. An achievement that to this date, has not been achieved by any other refurbisher in the world. All of our PCs are quality-certified and go through a rigorous refurbishment process where each unit is tested in all facets and restored to a new-like state. We follow strict requirements to ensure you receive a high-quality, professionally refurbished device installed with genuine Microsoft windows. All our Grade A refurbished PCs comes standard with a 1 Year warranty with up to 5 years available. The buying experience is crucial to that. Offering a product that is readily available to purchase, backed by quality and service standards while still meeting your budget is what we strive for. We are doing our part to build a better planet by giving these PCs a second life and helping to build a circular economy.
