About Us: Joyful Mouvement is the culmination of husband and wife duo, Erik and Lindsey Ranstrom's education, personal practices, and joint efforts to foster a place for new insights, greater self-awareness, and an increased sense of purpose. Founded in 2017, Erik and Lindsey are looking to support people who are seeking to discern the truth of who they are, that want to improve their lives, and who aspire to develop a greater understanding of the world, its workings, and their contributions to it. No matter what life stage, socio or economic background, or religious affiliation, there is an approach and a service that will fit a person’s desire to grow. We foster a culture of joy, fulfillment, and a connection to one’s values, beliefs, and vocation through tailored services and programming in order to develop personal growth, decrease stress, and inspire a deeper conversation about the direction of our lifestyles, vocations, and aspirations. Our Mission: We offer services and workshops to transform our clients’ lives in a holistic way by taking into consideration the mind, body, and spirit in personal growth, development, and wellbeing. Spirituality To deepen spirituality and faith by facilitating an increasingly conscious awareness of God and the true self through intentional listening, reflection, meditation, and prayer. Coaching and Advising To distinguish our roles apart from that of a consultant or teacher by providing a space where people can explore and optimize their own wellbeing and goalsetting by taking into consideration that each person is whole and resourceful.
