In 1969 John Parrott founded the JP Group of Companies to provide specialist petrol forecourt construction services to the oil industry. 40 years later JP Group is now a national 150-employee £26m turnover company, still one of the largest petrol forecourt construction companies in Great Britain but with turnover now also derived from specialist fast-track construction work, industrial and commercial construction, demolition and decommissioning, housing development and equipment hire.
