About JPC Health & Safety Training

It has always been a passion of mine to teach First Aid, CPR, AED, so that is why I started JPC Health & Safety Training. I strongly believe, by reaching out to lay responders and getting them the training needed when life emergencies present themselves, many lives can be saved. We can save lives one student at a time! My approach to teaching such a serious subject is to engage the students in a discussion-based learning session, mixed with a little humor, and lots of hands on practice. I have been teaching First Aid, CPR/AED, First Responders, Basic Life Support, and Health and safety classes for over 10 years. I leverage my EMS experience with American Red Cross Guidelines to produce an engaging learning experience. I have also worked very closely with the American Red Cross over the past year as an Instructor, and with their Red Cross Learning Center (RCLC) Special Projects team. In the past year alone, I have taught over 200 Classes, achieving 100% satisfaction rating. The RCLC Special Projects team was tasked with helping Red Cross Instructors navigate the RCLC and correcting any issues they may have had with their certifications. From 2012 to 2018, I taught and managed Security Officers, and Emergency Response Teams (aka Floor Warden) for five administration buildings, across four states with over 5000 tenants combined. Our primary focus was on leveraging building emergency procedures, medical layperson response, and ensuring business continuity.
