About JPO Digital
JPO Digital is a social media consulting company founded by John Oates. In 2009, John was among the first ten employees hired by Gary Vaynerchuk at VaynerMedia, one of the largest and most successful agencies in the country. As an account executive, he worked on the social media operations and strategy for several of their key clients, spanning household CPG brands, professional sports teams, celebrities and startups. In 2012, he became director of social media for The Dr. Oz Show and Sharecare. During his time there, he created a highly engaged, award-winning community of millions that are leveraged to drive the brands’ various goals. The social media team was responsible for all aspects of content creation, reporting, supporting site traffic, key partnerships, sponsor integrations and strategic advertising. John is the president and founder of JPO Digital, a partnership of seasoned strategists and industry professionals. They have helped myriad clients achieve their digital marketing goals, perfecting content strategy, overseeing millions of dollars in ad budget and growing social media size and engagement.
