About JPS Projects

JPS Projects Ltd is a privately owned family business, providing excellence in fit out, refurbishment, construction and maintenance within the commercial, health care, secure environments, residential and social housing sectors of the construction industry nationwide. We have offices in both London and Manchester allowing us to undertake works Nationwide. Our clients to date have taken us to the following areas Glasgow, Stroud, Leeds, Liverpool and Leicester as well as our core areas of London and Manchester and surrounding areas. Due to on-going opportunities we plan to open a Leeds/Midlands office in the near future. JPS has a dedicated team of operatives, and a preferred specialist supply chain as required, that is able to deliver the works and support our services nationwide. Our operations team is managed by our Operations Director Steve Green along with a team of dedicated Contracts/Project/Site Managers and Foreman. Each team has a dedicated Site Manager and Foreman and they are supported by one of the team of Quantity Surveyors who have a wealth of experience in their fields. Our commercial team are able to offer our clients value for money based on experience, and are able to tender works on a competitive basis, or agree to a schedule of rates. We are also familiar with measured term contracts, and are currently working on the following schedules - PSA - NSR and NHF on various contracts. We are also able to offer competitive tenders or quoted works
