About JRP Architects

JRP Architects has over 25 years experience in residential architecture, commercial architecture and senior housing design. Our designers are registered architects in multiple states, and we have completed projects nationwide. Our projects range from large senior housing complexes, to restaurant design, to residential custom homes, housing developments, and renovations. Our firm also has an interior design department, Many of our projects are award-winning, but our main objective is to work closely with our clients to successfully accomplish the intent of their project idea within their budget and ordinance requirements. Not only do we work with our clients to establish design concept, but we help them initiate a program to realize the project intent and guide them through the process from schematic design to construction administration. Our graphic designers provide visualization in addition to Revit renderings and plans which, not only allow our clients to virtually see the project design before it's actually built, but aids in winning township and state approvals. Our involvement in the process extends to the construction administration phase to ensure that the design is properly built to specifications. JRP Architects also strives for environmental responsibility and sustainable design, and seeks out opportunities for using their experience in adaptive reuse to prevent the demolition of existing buildings which may have new value when examined for a new use. We seek to find solutions for physical, spatial, and environmental challenges and provide cost effective solutions while maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity. No matter what the size of the project, our team of architects, designers, and graphic designers takes pride in the attention we give to every client; we approach every project as a unique and exciting opportunity to positively change the way people react to their environment.
