About JSB Holdings & Development
Our retail restaurant group / organization started locally in 1999 by Shannon & Julie Brown in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia with our first store opening on May 30th 2000. For over 15 years, our core philosophy has been based on creating an encore experience for both our internal and external customers. Whether we are preparing and serving food in our restaurants, training and coaching team members, planning and creating new commercial developments or providing new business guidance through our consulting services, we always strive to provide a higher level of service and performance. Currently, we have 7 Zaxby’s and one Baskin Robbins location(s) in and around the Chattanooga area. These locations include; Fort Oglethorpe, East Brainerd Road, Soddy Daisy, Ooltewah, Hwy 58, Ringgold and Signal Mountain Road. Additionally, we have plans for additional locations to follow in Chattanooga, Cleveland, and Dayton. And possibly more stores and new brands to follow!
