Over the course of my life I have moved across the country, lived abroad, changed careers, experienced tragic loss, and struggled to balance motherhood. I have been through it, studied it, and have made sure I can help you get through it too. In my first career I was a Sales and Fashion Executive in NYC. In the Fashion Industry, I generated and oversaw a 10-million-dollar business in addition to managing my team. My previous business and corporate background, meditation and mindfulness trainings, and therapy experience make me a valuable asset to bring mindfulness and meditation to professional environments and organizations. My main priority is helping you develop and enhance coping skills and techniques to evolve into the best version of yourself.
