JSL Search Leaders Inc. is a Toronto-based boutique recruitment firm that specializes in the identification, selection and placement of professionals. Our company was established in 1997 and, since then, we have placed hundreds of programmers, analysts, project managers and other professionals at top-tier public and private entities in Canada and the United States. During the last five years we have worked on executive search placements representing CFO's, CIO's, COO's, CTO's and CEO's. Over the years, we have worked with clients across a broad array of industries including: Telecommunications, Finance, Transportation, Property Assessment, Technology and Health Care. We comprehensively staff teams with executive's working on a diverse range of projects for North America’s largest, well-established corporations and governmental outfits. To locate this exclusive cohort of top talent we begin our recruiting process by querying our proprietary database. In our years of operations, we have amassed North America's most sought after professionals. Our candidate roster has been built through relationship-building and meaningful referrals. After querying our database, and narrowing the search to a select few, we conduct in-person interviews with the most qualified professionals. Through these conversations we evaluate skill sets that a resume cannot capture. We assess the candidate’s personality, communication skills, integrity, and his or her capability to produce under tight deadlines in a structured or not structured team-oriented environment. Throughout the interview process, we simultaneously conduct reference checks and write reports based on the discussions we have with the candidate’s references. Over the years, we have honed our proficiency in evaluating talented professionals and we are proud to be able to consistently locate extraordinary candidates to meet the business needs and to provide the creative solutions the client requires.
